Posting Auditions
Our Auditions page is one of our most popular services for
individual members. It's easy to get your audition calls posted; just email
your prepared notice to
auditions@theatreontario.org, or use the
submission form on our website. Auditions can usually be posted the
next business day, but submit your calls as soon as possible for maximum
attention.

Plot synopsis: Kayla and Nicole are best friends, their husbands Mark and Ben are best friends, they have been since childhood. After a tragedy at a dinner party, events unfold through past and present to reveal the shocking secrets that lie beneath the surface of their seemingly perfect friendship.
To be shot on location in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario in various local areas.
Shooting Commences February 18, 2012 for a max of 2 weeks.

This film will be submitted to the Ridley Scott film competition as well as the Toronto International Film Festival committee.
This is a 'no pay' job - a dvd for their showreel will be provided to each actor.
Characters:
1.) KAYLA - LEAD ROLE - female, late 20's - mid 30's - smaller build, any hair colour, conventionally very attractive.
2.) MARK - LEAD ROLE - male, late 20's - mid 30's - average build, corporate looking, taller.
3.) NICOLE - LEAD ROLE - female, late 20's - early 30's - average build, any hair colour.
4.) BEN - LEAD ROLE - male, early 30's - mid 30's - slender, taller, (will need to look emaciated at points - via makeup)
5.) POLICE OFFICER - EXTRA (no lines) - male, 40+ - taller, built.
6.) NURSE - EXTRA (few lines) - female, 35+ - any hair colour, average build.
If you have any other actors that are interested in being background characters, please tell them to email me as well - any sex or age.
